Action Qatar handled the Grand Opening for Time Rako Hotel in Qatar – a regional brand which made its first entrance in the Qatari market in February 2018.

The objectives from the event were to Support the hotel in its pre-opening and opening campaigns, raise awareness on their unique facilities , educate the market about the hotel as a very new and unique addition to the Qatari market and to build media relations by hosting a press conference before the cutting ribbon ceremony.

Action Qatar provided  fully-fledged services for Time Rako Hotel including Event management, planning and execution from A to Z starting with invitations design, printing distribution and RSVP; marketing, advertising , press conference to launch the hotel, media relations, corporate gifts and logistics requirements.

The opening event was attending by more than 200 guests and 23 media and the coverage of the opening was in all newspapers and magazines.
