Are you a talented multimedia designer with a passion for creating engaging content across various channels? Action Global Communications is in search of a creative and dedicated multimedia designer to join its dynamic team in Nicosia, Cyprus.

In this role, you will collaborate with local and international brands, making significant contributions to innovative campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities:

As a Multimedia Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in developing integrated campaigns for local and global brands. Your tasks will include the creation of multimedia assets, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms, and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to life through close collaboration with our creative and clients’ teams. Specifically, you will:

• Develop concepts for various multimedia projects based on client briefs or internal objectives.
• Create visually appealing designs using graphics, motion graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements.
• Design digital assets like social media ads, short format videos, banners, and more.
• Handle storyboarding, filming processes, editing, and post-production of videos for advertising campaigns, social media, or websites.
• Mix and edit audio files, soundtracks or voice-overs for multimedia content.
• Create 2D or 3D animations for a range of applications, including explainer videos, advertisements, and educational material.
• Work with copywriters to synchronize visual and textual content.
• Join brainstorming sessions with creative teams to come up with fresh and innovative ideas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in multimedia design or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, animations and multimedia content creation.
• Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and quality.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines.
• Additionally, knowledge of web design will be considered an advantage.
