Action Global Communications Bulgaria, part of the Action Global Communications and a Weber Shandwick affiliate is looking for a creative and responsible Communications Account Manager to join its team, at our head office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

As an integrated creative communications agency, we offer an exciting new opportunity to further develop your career working with high-profile local and global brands. The Account Manager will be responsible for the daily oversight of client accounts, while also developing strategies, coordinating campaigns and ensuring the strategic and creative development of the channels.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients with the ability of keeping a strong client service profile
  • Daily communication with clients to understand their needs and objectives and handling a wide range of functions.
  • Coordinating and prioritizing projects, ensuring clear communication towards the team members, while acting in a timely manner
  • Developing and implementing integrated communication strategies and plans in line with the overall communication strategy of each client. Managing their budgets.
  • Preparing detailed and comprehensive briefs for content and creative asset development, social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, and events.
  • Handling inbound and outbound media enquiries and acting as the key point of contact in media communication.
  • Developing content, press releases, interviews, opinion-pieces, presentations, and proposals that assist the workflow and deliverables
  • Participating in client proposals and team brainstorming sessions.
  • Creating and executing strategic proposals based on client needs both proactively and reactively.
  • Actively participating and identifying in new business development opportunities, including drafting of proposals.

The Ideal Candidate:
This role is ideal for a candidate who has had experience in a client servicing position at an agency. We are looking for an individual who will strive to build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional work, and have the willingness to continuously learn and explore new trends.

You will need to have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of agency experience in a client servicing role
  • A solid experience in the development and implementation of integrated communications campaign executions – digital, social, OOH, trade activations and more.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both Bulgarian and English.
  • An ability to bring solutions to the table.
  • Excellent organisational skills
