Company’s Managing Director lands highly sought-after PR accolade

Dubai, UAE, 13 June 2016 – MSC Action’s managing director Euan Megson has been named one of the most influential public relations personalities of 2016.

The British expat, who leads the Action Global Communications Group’s Middle East hub from its UAE office in Dubai, is one of only 15 regional PR practitioners to have been listed in this year’s Global Power Book, published by PR Week.

The annual guide highlights the most influential PR professionals across the world from both agency and in-house roles, with the total number this year reaching more than 350 globally.

Megson, who re-joined MCS Action as its managing director in 2015, has over 10 years’ experience in the Middle East media landscape, working across the industry’s triumvirate of agency, press and client businesses. He has led fully-integrated campaigns for a diverse range of industry-specific clients across sectors including aviation, property, tourism, sport, retail, technology and finance.

He is leading MCS Action’s evolution from a traditional public relations consultancy into a leading regional provider of fully-integrated communications services.
