The EU4Business Facility project, managed by Action Global Communication’s Public Sector team, in partnership with GFA,  is accelerating all efforts to keep SMEs fully updated on business decisions and Covid challenges. As part of the project, the newly branded and designed website will be released in the coming months. There will be seven web pages in total – the general “knowledge hub” with statistics and project details, and six country pages available in the local languages for each of the Eastern Partnership markets (EaP). Country specific web pages are tailored for local SMEs and implementers, such as business support organisations, banks, etc. They are self-explanatory, easy to navigate and offer solutions to problems SMEs often face that the EU initiative can help with, especially in such critical times.

The teams also engaged target audiences with online tools such as the popular and freely available Covid Business Information Support pages in the EaP countries, which are a one-stop-shop for SMEs looking for EU support in addressing Covid-19 related issues, as well as regular Covid-19 Alerts.
