the challenge

The State Health Services Organisation (SHSO), the largest healthcare provider in Cyprus, decided to rebrand and refresh its web presence with a youthful, modern brand identity. With continuous investment in infrastructure, human resources and research, the website needed to reflect this ethos, while also responding to the needs of various stakeholders, from the general public to healthcare professionals. Functionality was also key, with the SHSO including 9 hospitals and 38 health centres across all cities and provinces.

Individual users can find all the services that the organisation provides ranging from clinics, services, and individual industry professionals.

our approach

The Action360x web team designed and developed a modern, user-friendly website, reflecting the high standards set by the island’s largest health care provider. A range of hospital and clinic pages were created, with a functionality that enabled users to look up all state doctors and hospitals, as well as book online appointments across the SHSO’s comprehensive health service offering.

  • Easy to navigate UI that guarantees a smooth user experience, designed to make it as easy as possible for people to find their doctor and book an appointment, as well as an easy to use backend interface to manage content on the website. Action has also paved the way for creating the company’s CRM, having developed a multistage employment form for potential candidates to participate in employment procedures, as well as evolving the procedures of the company.
  • Action also developed a brand manual, which included guidelines for communication, design and marketing for the SHSO moving forward.
