Action Global Communications was tasked with managing PR and communications for UiPath onsite at LEAP 2024, in Saudi Arabia. UiPath is a global software company, specialising in robotic process automation software development.

our approach

To effectively drive results, Action devised a PR strategy that was divided into the following:

Content development: Drafting content, including press releases pre-event and during the event, as well as Q&As to promote the presence of the brand onsite

Press office: Handling all incoming media inquiries, including requests for comments, media visits to the event, and interviews to increase awareness

Event support on-ground: Supporting with media relations in order to drive maximum footfall to the show across all three days. Managing media on-site during the opening ceremony and conducting interviews with approved spokespeople.

As part of the campaign, we drafted and distributed x2 press releases and coordinated x4 interviews, resulting in 873 clippings with an AD value of $6,459,187, PR value of $19,377,562 and a circulation of 518,028,778. across regional English and Arabic outlets.

This includes coverage in top-tier media such as the Saudi Press Association, Associated Press, Riyadh News, Saudi Arabia Business Times and more.
