Cybarco, part of the prestigious Lanitis Group, is one of the most renowned property developers in Cyprus with decades of experience in the luxury property market, infrastructure and civil engineering projects, both in Cyprus and abroad.

Cybarco is currently developing the Trilogy, a high-rise project in the coastal city ofLimassol, following the launch of several other landmark projects, including Aphrodite Hills Gold Resort, Sea Gallery Villas, Akamas Bay Villas, The Oval and Limassol Marina. In an era of real estate boom, the main challenge was to differentiate Trilogy Seafront from similar projects currently under construction or announced in the area, building credibility and reassuring the high ethical and business standards behind the development.

our approach

Having set a strategic plan in motion since 2018, Action’s Cyprus team offers ongoing consultation and executes a comprehensive strategy with a series of BTL and ATL activities, aimed at further enhancing Cybarco’s reputation and positive image, leveraging its many years of experience, and showcasing the overall benefits that the project brings to the local economy (as an investment product) while shaping positive perceptions among the target audience and stakeholders to help generate leads.

To this purpose, Action Cyprus shares press releases and video announcements of the project progress in tier 1 business portals, prepares and circulates op-eds and arranges interviews for the CEO and the wider Trilogy Seafront team. Additionally, when appropriate, Action arranges for press visits, press lunches and one-on-one briefings to strengthen relations with key media representatives and to ensure positive and accurate reporting surrounding the company and the project.
