conference for the fire protection of structures

the challenge

In 2020, the Greek Institute for the Fire Protection of Structures (ELIPYKA) organized the first ever International Conference for the Fire Protection of Structures in Greece.  Action Greece was responsible for devising the creative approach for the event as well as the organization, both from a logistical and communications perspective.

our approach

Action supported ELIPYKA from the moment the idea was conceived, and handled the project from start to finish, ensuring it was a successful one. The event took place in February 2020 at the Eugenides Foundation in Athens and attracted more than 500 professionals who were given the opportunity to hear from Greek and international speakers from the public and private sector.  Action Greece also handled promotional activities to drive attendance, utilizing both press office activities and social media, selected the appropriate venue and managed the production of the event, while also generating publicity pre, during and post event.
