CNS Group, one of the most diversified corporate groups in Cyprus, decided to launch its exclusive mega project, Citrine Estates, back in 2019. Located adjacent to the island’s premier casino-resort, City of Dreams Mediterranean, Citrine Estates is a premium residential and commercial development in Limassol. Taking into consideration the saturated real estate market, it was crucial to ensure that the project would achieve a strong positioning as a key international destination for luxury living and a significant real estate investment opportunity.

our approach

To effectively position the project and drive results, Action’s Cyprus team developed a 12-month campaign to introduce the project, leveraging its unique location and distinctive features: luxury living in nature in the emerging west Limassol area. The campaign kicked off with an exclusive event that took place at the C2 Cyprus Casino Limassol in March 2019. Aiming at officially introducing the project, presenting its USPs and driving leads, the event was attended by more than 100 select guests, including media representatives, key B2B professionals and other stakeholders that could endorse it.

The successful launch event followed a dynamic, consistent and strategic plan by Action Cyprus, including PR, advertising, social media and digital activities, raising awareness and communicating the key messages, while also creating anticipation and shaping positive perceptions around the project that is contributing to the development and upgrade of the city.
