The year 2021 marked the 10th edition of Cityscape Egypt. Hailed as the largest real estate event of its kind in the country, organizers, Informa Markets were looking for a PR agency that could coordinate the full public relations and communications needs of the prestigious event to ensure broad media coverage for the show and its participants. Their choice was once again Action Egypt, for the third consecutive year.

The exhibition was attended by the Deputy Minister of Housing and was covered by some of the most prestigious media outlets and platforms from across the country. The Action Egypt team was on the ground for all four days of the event to provide full PR and communications support for the client, while also ensuring immediate response to incoming requests.

On top of that, Action’s responsibilities within the event framework also included coordinating and running the press room 24/7 for the duration of the events, as well as responding to all media inquiries and organizing interviews with key, top-tier media across Egypt. To amplify the exposure of the event, informative press releases were also delivered to all related media outletsby Action Egypt, generating extensive coverage for the programme.

As a long-established partner of the event, Action was also asked to provide media training for selected high-profile Cityscape spokespeople, in order to fully prepare them to be media-ready and confident when conducting interviews for either TV or radio.

Informa Markets had previously worked with Action Egypt on various other exhibitions in 2019, including  Next-Move, Africa Food Manufacturing and North Africa Health, making the agency an ideal partner for the event organizer.
