Action Qatar was tasked with the promotion of the cybersecurity and defense exhibition both locally and regionally at a time where all media was focused on covering the Russia-Ukraine conflict

our approach

Having served as Milipol’s strategic communications partner since 2010, the Doha-based agency handled all strategic counsel, content development and media relations for the event. The 2022 edition featured the publication of local and regional news and interviews across Qatar, Turkey, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman and Kuwait.

results

  • In total, over 330 local and regional clippings were published, reaching an audience of 53.4 million and generating a total AVE of over QAR 5 million
  • During the three-day event, the team also secured broadcast interviews for key spokespeople on Tier 1 media outlets, including CNBC Arabia and Al Jazeera English
  • Over 200 journalists visited the press room, managed by the on-ground team, who facilitated all requests and media queries
