The Action Global Communications Saudi Arabia team was tasked with managing PR and communications for Cityscape Global 2024 – the world’s largest real estate exhibition. Taking place from November 11-14 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center, Malham, Cityscape Global 2024 was held under the theme ‘The Future of Living’, sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (MOMAH), and supported by the General Real Estate Authority and Housing Program and organized by Tahaluf.

our approach

Action Global Communications Saudi Office developed a comprehensive PR strategy aimed at maximizing brand awareness during an event. The strategy included content development and editing, where they drafted press releases, talking points for spokesperson interviews, and briefing documents to ensure clear communication. The press office handled all incoming media inquiries, coordinated media visits, and arranged interviews with approved spokespeople to drive coverage. On the event days, they provided on-ground support, managing media relations to ensure smooth interactions and maximize exposure. This involved overseeing media interviews, ensuring key messages were communicated, and managing the flow of information to achieve optimal brand visibility.

As part of the campaign, we drafted x10 and distributed x9 press releases and coordinated x4 pre-event interviews and x20 on-site interviews with The Financial Times, Swiss National TV, Gulf Business, Exhibitions World, Arabian Gulf Business Insights, Argram TV, Ashraq Al Awsat, and. We also coordinated some on-site interviews for media partners such as Sky News Arabia, Economy Middle East, Alif Aswat FM, and more.​
