The Viohalco finance department organised a team building event in Greece aimed at fostering a stronger sense of team spirit and collaboration among its executives.

our approach

Action Global Communications Greece took on the organisation and execution of this two-day programme, which included an overnight stay at a luxurious hotel in Loutraki.

Assistance was provided in the identification and reservation of a high-quality hotel, chosen for its ability to provide a comfortable and conducive environment for the event’s presentations and the team building activities.

Additionally, Action’s Greek team worked in collaboration with an external partner to jointly plan and manage a series of tailored team bonding activities. These activities aimed to promote collaboration, problem-solving, and effective communication among team members.

Furthermore, as part of the event, Action arranged for an inspirational speaker to address the participants. This motivational speech session targeted to inspire and unite the team, instilling a shared sense of purpose and motivation. To ensure the successful and smooth outcome of the event, an Action team member accompanied Viohalco’s team during the two-day event, overseeing logistics, guiding participants, and providing real-time support.
