Adding another prestigious client to our portfolio with the successful delivery of a standout activation for Coca-Cola HBC in Greece.
As part of the Coca-Cola HBC Leadership Conference 2025 in Athens, our award-winning team at Action Greece, in collaboration with our long-standing partners at Dawson Walker Communications, helped deliver a meaningful and immersive brand experience.
As creative and experiential leads, Action led the concept, design, and delivery of the Employer Brand Activation Room, centered around the theme: “We play to grow and win – do you?”

our objective:
To bring Coca-Cola HBC’s new Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life in a way that felt engaging, memorable, and personal for over 500 senior leaders from across the company’s markets. The experience gave participants a chance to connect with brand values, reflect on their roles in shaping company culture, and feel inspired to champion the newly-launched EVP within their teams.

what we delivered:
- On-location filming and production of the EVP brand film (shot in Greece and Northern Ireland), which was later presented in the Activation Room during the conference
- End-to-end concept, design, and execution of the activation room
- Interactive digital touchpoints, from touchscreen exploration to team-based games and a live pledge wall
- Behind-the-scenes displays, a photo booth and props
- Branded giveaways and a sound booth for recording personal pledges and reflections
- Full Onsite support across all five days — welcoming and guiding participants through the Employer Brand Accelerator Room, encouraging interaction with all touchpoints, handling any issues, and ensuring a smooth, engaging experience in close coordination with event partners

the result:
A high-impact brand experience that brought Coca-Cola HBC’s EVP to life and strengthened leaders’ connection to the organization’s purpose and culture. The Employer Brand Accelerator Room welcomed nearly 400 participants, all actively engaging with the space and its content.
