Blogging for Borjomi

Top Russian bloggers have been busy tapping away at their keyboards following an inspiring trip to Georgia organised by Action Russia for IDS Borjomi Russia; part of IDS Borjomi International – a market leader for bottled natural mineral water in the CIS and the Baltics.

Taken on a grand tour around the country, the team of ten bloggers had the chance to get to grips with Georgian culture and legends as they were given a good taste of the country’s wine, history and hospitality.

The trip culminated in a great visit to the famous Borjomi springs and factory in a mountainous area 155 km outside the capital city of Tbilisi. Met by the management of the company and its head hydrogeologist, the group had the chance to take in all sorts of interesting facts about the production process, while catching a glimpse of the true expertise with which Borjomi spring water is bottled from the source. Highly inspired by their time spent at Borjomi, the bloggers have since been busy with a number of online articles dedicated to the area and its treasured waters.
