The 2nd quarter was another busy period for the Action UAE team as they continued to successfully deliver their PR consultancy expertise to both new and long-standing clients. The team’s achievements ensure busier-than-usual summer months ahead for the Dubai-based regional hub of Action Global Communications.

“While the hot summer months in the region have traditionally been considered a slow period due to the exodus of most of the high-ranking company executives for their summer holidays, Action UAE’s promises to be a busy one,” said Fouad Kassem, Managing Director of Action UAE. “The line-up of tasks ahead for Action UAE during the summer months, which also covers the holy month of Ramadan, is reflective of the trust gained by Action UAE due to our outstanding performance in meeting the requirements of existing clients throughout the first six months of the year.”

Following Action UAE’s successful handling of a project-based GCC-wide PR campaign for the world’s leading language-learning software provider, Action UAE has now been tasked by Rosetta Stone with a new six-month campaign. During the next six months, Action UAE will work towards increasing media awareness of Rosetta Stone by 40 per cent, and positioning the company as an authority in the fields of e-learning, immersion-based learning in education (in the public and corporate sectors), and technology in education.

Another client, AETNA – a leading US-based health insurance provider – has also agreed to extend its contract with Action UAE by another four months. Additionally, Sultan Real Estate – a UAE-based real estate company – has tapped the services of Action UAE for the launch of a new office building located within the vicinity of Dubai’s historic trading centre – Port Saeed. Plus, in line with the agency’s more recent drive towards working closely with non-government organizations such as UNICEF, Action UAE will also manage the social media and online community PR requirements for the Dubai Autism Center.

It promises to be a busy yet exciting summer and beyond for Action UAE. The organizers of the Volvo Ocean Race – the preeminent round-the-world yacht race and one of the most coveted prizes in the sport of ocean sailing – has signed Action UAE for the provision of PR consultancy services across the GCC beginning August 1.
