Congratulations to our Moscow-based Action team for their appointment to promote Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) in Russia and the CIS. Since 2002, Action Russia has built a reputation as the regional travel trade specialists, working with a wide portfolio of national tourism and trade authorities over the years to build stronger ties with local audiences. This made them the natural fit to further position Dubai as a tier 1 destination with Russian travellers.

Russia has been identified as a cornerstone market in growing Dubai’s tourism sector and achieving their Tourism Vision of 20 million visitors per year by 2020. And recent news of Dubai’s staggering 84% year-on-year rise in overnight visitors from Russia in early 2017 demonstrates the importance of putting a targeted local strategy in place.
