Action Romania has secured the marketing and communication campaign for the secondary public offer of Transelectrica, Romania’s energy transportation company.
The campaign aims to inform the public and attract investors to subscribe in the offer and is carried out on behalf of the Intermediation Syndicate formed by Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR), Intercapital Invest and Swiss Capital.
Action has designed the creative concept of the programme, coordinated the online and offline media campaign and provided press office services. The offer is promoted through posters, flyers, a TV spot available in BCR’s network and a microsite, where those interested to subscribe can find the necessary information.
