Action Qatar Fuels the Way for Change

Action Qatar recently helped successfully launch the very first Middle East Methanol Forum (MEMF), organised by the Qatar Fuel Additives Company Limited (QAFAC); Qatar’s leading producer of methanol and methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE).

The forum held at the Sharq Village in Doha effectively showcased the wide-ranging benefits of the use and application of methanol under the overarching theme of ‘Miracle Energy on Hand’, as it drew in approximately 180 global industry executives and senior government officials.  The conference was organised under the patronage of His Excellency, Dr. Mohammed Bin Saleh Al-Sada, Minister of Energy and Industry of the State of Qatar. 

Action Qatar handled all event management for the MEMF, from the event logo and branding, to the venue set up, as well as a PR campaign which kicked off six months before the forum. This resulted in great media coverage on what became a much talked about occasion in local print, TV and radio.
