Action Libya has won Asamer/JLCC as a new client, Libya’s largest producer of Ordinary Portland Cement. The company produces about 2.8 million tons of cement per year, which is distributed all over the country for local market consumption. JLCC runs three factories located in the eastern region of Libya around Benghazi and employs some 2,400 people.
