Flying at 35,000 feet doesn’t provide the ideal conditions for the perfect cup of tea, so British Airways has teamed up with Twinings to create a new signature blend that guarantees you a perfect cup… however high you fly.

To mark the serving of this prestigious new blend aboard British Airways flights, Action Lebanon invited lifestyle reporters to a brunch in the mountains where they could get a taste of ‘tea with altitude’.

17 journalists attended the event, which took place at Montagnou restaurant – 2,000m above sea level on Faraya mountain, in an area still covered with snow.

After a welcome drink and a chat, the reporters were served brunch and provided with a factsheet about tea. The successful event was rounded off with a discussion about the effects of altitude.
