Action Diplomacy, in a partnership with Ernst & Young (EY), is leading the communications activities of the ‘EU4Digital: supporting digital economy and society in the Eastern Partnership’ programme with country kick-off events in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine. Running from 2019 to 2021, the EU4Digital programme is funded by the EU and is implemented by a consortium led by EY. The aim is to support the digital economy and society, national governments, regulatory bodies and agencies, active in the development of the digital sector.
