Action Heller on Their Toes
The Budapest Action Heller office has enjoyed a busy start to the summer period with several press and consumer events reaching out towards countless media and the public at large.
The launch of the Europeana 1989 project generated particularly wide interest, kick-started with a press event at the start of May, proceeded by two regional collection days of people’s personal memorabilia related to the revolutionary events of 1989 and the fall of the Iron Curtain. The successful launch event and continuous media activity resulted in over 80 pieces of coverage regarding the project.
But the agency hasn’t just been busy with Europeana. Working hard within the framework of OMV Hungary’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, Action Heller have been promoting the benefits of reading for young children, with numerous fun interactive events held in rural primary schools. This year, the well-known pop singer, Lola, joined the campaign as an ambassador of the project, working alongside young musician and actor, Péter Puskás, to make children enthusiastic about reading, combining it with performance and song.
The campaign for OMV was then accentuated with a round table discussion, which saw the two ambassadors engaging in rapport with professionals in the field of writing, psychology, dyslexia and publishing. The discussion was mediated by a well-respected cultural radio reporter.
Wrapping up a busy month, Action Heller also recently organised a series of press events for Gefco Hungary, which generated wide media interest and over 30 articles published in the press.
