Action Greece recognized at PR Awards

Action Greece was honored with a bronze accolade at the recently held PR Awards 2022.

Our team took home the award in the Low Budget Campaign category for the COOPower Project for British Council.
“We are thrilled to receive this award for our work on the COOPower project on behalf of British Council,” said Aggeliki Kiofiri, country manager, Action Greece. “It shows that the power of communication has a multiplying effect even when resources are limited, and it further proves that great results are equally possible for low budget campaigns.”

At the beginning of 2021, Action Global Communications started collaborating with the British Council to communicate and implement the COOPower project. The initiative aimed to raise public awareness of co-operative and social economy enterprises as alternative, inclusive, and innovative approaches to tackling youth unemployment. Action Global Communications created an integrated strategy for communicating the project through both traditional as well as digital PR. Our scope of work also included mentoring a team of young journalists, who collaborated with the British Council to create quality content that highlighted the social economy sector.

Hailed as one of the most prestigious recognitions in Greece, PR Awards recognizes excellence in communications and public relations.
