Action facilitates launch of world’s largest commercial LED television in sub-Saharan Africa on behalf of Capital MSL

Action recently facilitated the media launch of the world’s largest commercial LED television, Sharp’s 90 inch Aquos LED TV, in sub-Saharan Africa on behalf of Capital MSL.  Action worked in partnership with AfricaOne, the independent network of agencies in Africa, to unveil Sharp’s new 90 inch wall of entertainment to the regional media on Saturday 25 May, 2013.

The regional launch event was held in Port Louis, Mauritius, with Blast Communications managing the event and the Mauritius PR campaign.  The glitzy launch ceremony was attended by the local media and over 200 distributors from countries in sub-Saharan Africa who were all keen to see the much anticipated product and learn more about the technology behind the flagship TV.

A further PR campaign was undertaken in Angola, Kenya and Nigeria to launch the ground-breaking TV and promote the differentiating characteristics of Sharp’s television range.

MSL Capital will be working closely with Action in the coming months to organise other media launches in the CIS and Levant.
