Action becomes a member of the Diversity Charter
Action Global Communications has signed memoranda of understanding with the Diversity Charter in Cyprus and Bulgaria, reaffirming the company’s commitment to diversity values and the implementation of inclusive practices in the workplace.
Signing the document demonstrates our pledge to undertake steps that help adopt policies on equal opportunities for people regardless of gender, race, age, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, and disabilities.
Joining the initiative also underscores our firm belief that diversity is a catalyst for our business.
“We are honoured to become a member of the Diversity Charter,” said Rossitza Donkova, country manager, Action Bulgaria. “We believe in the principles of diversity and that these should also be reflected in our corporate culture. Action Global Communications Bulgaria aims to ensure all employees are treated with respect regardless of age, gender, ethnic origin and nationality, or physical abilities. We trust that this shared understanding drives creativity, innovation and growth. It also encourages our colleagues to fully reveal and unleash talents, skills, knowledge, potential, and competences. I am confident that valuing diversity broadens our horizons and ultimately makes us more successful in what we do.”
Incorporating diversity and inclusion policies into operational procedures can offer a wide range of benefits, including regulatory compliance, employee retention, improved company culture as well stronger company reputation and brand recognition.
