Action Bahrain conducted a social media training for Silah senior management
to showcase the latest social media trends in the region. Silah, a BPO and
contact center provider, manages the National Contact Centre for Bahrain and
wanted to explore new channels of communications with the general public.
Operating in a post Arab Spring world, Silah wants to develop alternate
means of information distribution and announcements for times of crisis.
