Action Arabia has won the Etihad Airways Appreciation Award for their outstanding performance serving Etihad Airways throughout 2012. Other winners of the award included the Saudi Arabian Civil Aviation Authority, King Khaled Airport Riyadh, Intercontinental Hotel Jeddah and the Novotel Riyadh. The award was given to Action Arabia during the Travel Agent Award night organised by Action Arabia and hosted by Etihad Airways and the Seychelles Tourism Board.

In 2012, Action Arabia supported Etihad Airways during their Executive week, Secretarial Night and during a FAM trip to Paris at the beginning of the year. Action Arbia was also responsible for organising Etihad’s joint event with Ferrari World in Jeddah.
