Action Global Communications in Dubai was honored as "The Agency of the Year for the best commitment and implementation of PR measurement practice" during the 3rd PR Measurement Summit, held in November in Dubai. David Baker, Action's GCC General Manager, who also sat on one of the Summit's panel said: "Clients have to accept that the communication scenario is changing and that's increasing its contribution and results generated by PR professionals and firms.
